Coast Guard Tells Congress Dubai Deal a Security Threat

Stop making stuff up. The Coast guard did not say the Dubai deal was a security threat. The Coast Guard told the US government that it did not have the ability to determine whether Dubai Ports is involved in terrorism. The Coast Guard also told the government that it did not have the ability to determine whether the British firm which is to be acquired by the Dubai firm was involved in terrorism. In other words, the Coast Guard inspects ships and guards US territorial waters, it does not evaluate foreign organizations.

This is common sense.
