Hi Don, appreciate the details on Novell's new lease...don't know for sure what to make of it. Seems they'll do anything to maintain that 1 billion. I would think that lease payments on a complex like this wouldn't be too far off from the payments they'd make on a loan to build it themself. I believe they stated that they were in this project to consolidate employees into one complex and eliminate lease payments. These guys contradict themselves everytime they turn around. I wonder what happens if they can't afford to purchase the building at the end of the lease. sf
