Mitch, Vivus Longs: REJOICE! I was just told we got insurance!!!
Insurance that is from Vivus going much further down. It's put out
out by a Company called SHORTS Inc.They said that as soon as the price
goes down, they will immediately buy it to support theprice!!The policy
is good for 12,000,000 shares of Vivus. So relax and don't worry.
It is reverse term type of policy:meaning the longer time passes and wew approach Vivus blowout earnings, the more valuable the policy becomes,,i.e. the more likely ( glad? is not the exact term )
they will be to cover the policy.
.....................................................................

I think the MMs are trying to get Vivus down to allow the Sept 30 options to expire worthless. This AM at the open a large block
of 200,000 + shares traded. The same old fun and games.Except that
now with
earnings and the UK coming up it is not a game anymore and in fact it is dead serious. Somebody is going to make a big profit and somebody is going to loose big time.Clock is ticking.Who's blinking first?
