There is a lt of evidence that the Clintons were not very gracious, but that has also been true of other politicians on both sides.

I disliked Clinton's morals and politics and did not vote for him and will not vote for her, but since we are overflowing with antecdotal evidence - one personal counterpoint:

My wife was the Cubmaster for our Cub Scout Pack and created a tradition of a train trip from Raleigh to DC for our Webelos. When our younger son was on his trip and we were simply walking by the White House - she was stopped by the Secret Service and asked if the Boys would like a Presidential moment. After waiting a few minutes - Clinton's motorcade came by and he stopped and waved out our assembled Webelo Scouts and let us take pictures.

A flawed man - for sure, but not necessarily evil :-)
