The polls also don't know exactly who's going to show up to vote in November, which will decide the Bush GOP's fate. According to Bill Schneider of CNN today, the mood of the nation is strongly anti-incumbant, very angry and wanting to throw the bums out. But separate polls show strong support for individual GOP moderate and Democratic senators. So who will pay the price? Probably rightwing Bushie Republicans of the Delay/Frist/Santorum/Blunt type, plus a few Schwartzeneggar types.

My guess, democrats and moderate Repubs will be out in force and many disillusioned rightwing voters will stay home in disgust.

Another big item today was the national teachers union joining forces with the AFL-CIO to get very aggressive against Bushies this fall. The teachers union, along with nurses, cops and firemen were the ones who defeated Arnold's referendums.
