Not Stirling .. solar troughs .. long parabolic mirrors
with a 'heat transfer fluid' running thru a pipe at the
focal point of the mirrors .. heated to 400 C to make
steam .. steam to turn turbine to make electricity ..

It's been the longest running solar thermal project ..
the Luz company went bankrupt ( not sure why ?? )
and then the Israeli company bought it .. so it's not
their technology though I'm sure they've made some
improvements over the years ..
