RICH: You know the saying "Hindsight is 20/20." This stock has been one hell of a learning lesson for me. I have learned the following from it:

1. Don't assume that your stock broker will lead you in the right direction, or be quick to admit it when he/she doesn't.

2. Never invest in a company about which you know nothing! If you don't know and understand their products or where they fit in the market, then either find out or don't invest.

3. Understand how the P/E of a company relates to the health of the company as it compares to other companies in that same industry.

4. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

5. NEVER assume that a stock can't go any lower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I had to do it all over again, I would not touch this stock with a ten foot pole, either then or now! If someone were to ask me if I recommend this stock, I would say "Not at this point." I would tell them to wait until the first news of a definite contract was announced and then invest SLOWLY.

I have almost emptied my portfolio of any stocks dealing with the technology sector because I know nothing about it. IMPX is the only stock (other than GMGC) of this kind that I still hold.

Thanks for trying to help me keep it all straight. I really am trying to see the positive side of all of this, but it's rather difficult some days.
