If they have a nuke and it doesn't get to our port.. 5 miles offshore works just fine. The question is, how are the guys in the caves going to manage to secretly buy, secretly transport across land, secretly load onto a ship, and then secretly transport a nuke to the US shore? And what's going to happen to the poor SOB's country that sold it to them?

Contrary to popular belief, the folks with nukes do not want to be blown off the face of the earth. That's why they worked so hard to get nukes.
