Looks good. I would take out that bit about "leading contenders portfolio and ATHR" as it isn't going to make sense to newbies. I'm not even sure I understand what it is supposed to mean.

And maybe you can put a link in to the final posting from the just completed round where everyone is ranked. That might help new people to see what they are getting into, and maybe understand it a bit better. Maybe put in something like:
