I did not hear the call. I was relying on thinkclear's notes for the idea that the licensing deal is not a full 100% all-you-can-eat smorgasbord. The idea was a new one to me, one that perhaps we should have known if it were true.

On the other hand, the idea of higher royalties for the the newer patents would be correct if licenses for some major manufacturers were expiring.
