Those Benton shares probably will not get placed until the end of the year or later. It is my understanding they are looking for private placement and that many shares takes a while to get a buyer(s) lined up. As for the Rohm announcement, you are right, it's anybody's guess. I'm just saying Monday is my best guess! Kudos on your fine purchase this morning! How does it feel to be BOLD?
