If you knew what you were writing about you might be dangerous. Just to pick on the a priori false statement you made: "re incorporating --every couple yrs....It saves BIG on Work Comp because they have no history."

Companies with no Workman's Compensation experience rating pay the highest rates because they have a zero balance pool.
