kudlow was way over the line last night.. and lack any professionalism.

greenberg and cramer are questionable imo. greenberg has made runs at companies before. i remember he was tied to a short firm in boston that held a very large short position in cree years ago. for about four years greenberg kept putting out negative stuff on cree. greenberg finally moved on.

second cramer also was in hedge fund business . he was know to get a call from maria and based on the question use it to buy or sell a stock big time before maria covered it on cnbc that night.

today he still plays with fire.,, often recommending low volume stocks and low prices around $2. a share and the after hours market go nuts on his very word. any responsible company would keep away from discussing stocks that will move the market. got to figure , how many in staff etc already know about what cramer is working on for that night.

this morning another cnbc spokeswoman attacked ceo of overstock in what i thought was a strange position as these people are supposed to be reporters not take postions. i expect lawyers at cnbc are talking daily since sec issued subpoenas. they support cramer as show is doing great for cnbc.

I expect there is smoke with greenberg , cramer , shorts, etc. and smoke with overstock. com .. and cnbc may be in the middle of situation they're lawyers told them no problem. g

Now does cox back off because of politics? seems his underlines who are the workers issued these subpoenas without checking with the boss. i wonder if they did would they have been told no up front. so perhaps the workers figure let's do it and watch the show.
