There is one problem with that - he was already inside. And why would anyone want to elect someone who voted against his convictions - it is much worse than voting and been proven wrong after that re: Bush did none of these things well, he actually put his best effort into it but assuming that he did not why kerry did not voice his opinion back then when he finally figured out that he can not influence Bush?
