If you have lots of stuff to contribute, you should at least contribute CURRENT stuff! Here is some: 1. Kevin Bachus quit Infinium Labs several months ago. 2. The Phantom System has been shelved. Besides, the few game developer/publisher agreements they had are cancelled due to default(non-payment) or have expired. 3. Infinium Labs has been evicted from their Seattle offices for failure to pay rent for 5 months. At present, they have NO offices at all. 4. Infinium Labs has only $5,140 cash in the bank but they have $11 MILLION in liabilities, of which $3 MILLION+ is due IRS for failure to pay payroll taxes. This information is easily confirmed by reviewing their SEC filings. This company is on verge of bankruptcy. Anyone who invests in it will be a loser. IMO
