I wonder at what gold price that hedge starts getting some attention. It was excused by some analysts because they earmarked the production from one mine to cover it. Whether one is bullish on gold or not IMO the market would react positively to ABX if they just raised a big chunk of equity and covered it. There would be dilution but the cloud would be removed.
