Bush-Delay slashed levee funding to send the money to Iraq. Clinton is not culpable here. If CLinton were president now he would have moved mountains to help those people on the Gulf. There is not a single reason anyone on the Gulf should ever vote for Bushie politicians again. They have all been betrayed, including the rich white Republicans.
