Cheney's aim is huge no-bid contracts for Halliburton at our expense. On that target, his aim is perfect. Probably more than a billion bucks has been ripped-off by Halliburton from their huge bloated contracts with no oversight. I'll bet Dickster has a big check waiting for him at HAL when he leaves office. Rumor is he's itching to step down and go get his money.
