what you've got to realize is that everyone knew that every storm that hits close to new orleans has the potential of breaching levees stop blaming one man there is blame to spread everywhere over decades no storm ever hit this city this bad and it's not even the worst case scenario yet the politicians are only approving rebuilding of cat 3 levee system wait till a cat 5 hits you can kiss NO and it's people goodbye
