I like the valuation relative to the rest of the group and it is a very strong sector. Like to use enterprise value/sales measure and on that basis is much cheaper than JDSU, CIEN or AVNX.. Chart wise at low end of range but in uptrend poised for breakout. Held 50 dma nicely.
