So did I. I got word that a large group of investors from Maryland have hired attorneys to address this situation. They are going ahead with legal action separate of the company and have already notified the SEC and the state of Delaware. I understand they made a deadline of March 9 before they move. Supposedly they will subpeona all the SUTCO and Unigel audits and bank accounts. This should take care of this situation and free up the company to finally releasing the filings.
