Wayne Creasy AP Partners and TreeCon Resources Reach Agreement on Capital Investment

DALLAS, Nov 07, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- A group of investors headed by insurance executive Wayne Creasy of Pensacola, Fla., has reached an agreement with TreeCon Resources, Inc., (Pink Sheets:TCRS) that will provide the company with US$20,000,000 in capital investment. TreeCon Resources, formerly known as Overhill Corporation, is a holding company that, through its subsidiaries, distributes, leases and provides financing for industrial farming and logging equipment and is also engaged in sawmill operations.
"General terms have been agreed upon in principle with the team at TreeCon," said Mr. Creasy. "Once the initial stage of the agreement is completed, Mr. Paul Tanner will be named President and CEO of TreeCon."
