David - Is it possible that Intel is giving up on the NIC business to 3Com? Otherwise I don't see how Intel would go into a development agreement with CPQ, knowing CPQ was about to enter into what looks like a fairly big arrangement with COMS to supply NICs. Of course, since RAS equipment is mentioned as one of the products to be developed between CPQ and Intel, it doesn't mean Intel doesn't want any of 3Coms business. But I have faith in Total Control.
