I am seeing what looks to me like distribution in some stocks. Then today we have a breakout of Silver over $10. Is it a fakeout? One of the biggest problems I see is that funds are heavily positioned in metals and these guys are not the most loyal investors. Looking at the Gold Indexes it looks like they are turning higher here again. Can you explain to me what you are seeing?
