This sounds more like a subdivision of QBID with all those "..Super Voting Shares.." floating around. The "..Innies.." will use those to screw over the stockholders at any ASM; ..should one ever take place. The long and short of it is that Common Stock holders have no vote. ... Next comes SI's version of "..Will It Float.."!?! ...If it can be shorted by the offshore sleazers and Canandian scum, the $2 PPS will sink like a lead brick dropped off Greek freighter into the Laurentian Abyssal. John :-) .
