It was Bush-Delay who cut levee funding. It was also Bush who ignored the Katrina flooding warnings and went AWOl, staying on vacation, making a speech about how great he was (comparing himself to FDR, lol) and doing nothing to protect the citizens. End of story. Can't blame those cuts or that gross negligence on CLinton. The cuts came in 2003, as the funds and Army Engineer manpower were shifted to Iraq to supposedly protect us from those awful WMD Saddam was about to fire at us. Bush ignored the Katrina warnings just like ignored the 9-11 warnings. There is something seriously wrong with Bush and Cheney. They just don't give a damn about any of us. Including you.
