I do recall that incident making all the papers and yet you do realize that that is not the same thing. As you pointed out yourself, Israelis did not approve of that behaviour.

BTW most of the papers later on published that while screaming and videotaping it is more likely than not that it was completely misinterpreted.

Example: you don't really want to whistle at, let say, hokey game in Russia. The meaning of that action would be completely misinterpreted and you bound to get beaten half to death
