I also agree that it is a positive release, but for the shareholder who two months ago had nothing not potential investors . Why does anyone here think that it could possibly do anything to move the price. There is nothing here to get excited about, just a little bit more detail on a very foggy situation.
Once they get a better handle what exactly they are doing and once they have some sort of a story to tell , then perhaps, we will see some movement.

That will bring new money into the stock and start to get the price moving.

Patience is a must with this baby
