IATV closed @ 1 3/8, +1/32, Bid 1 11/32 x Ask 1 3/8....Vol..36.7K How low is low. Mostly all sells today until the MM dropped the Ask down to 1 3/8 then some buys came in. I looked at a chart from Jan. '94 until now and except for a few bumps--it is all downhill. Must be a bottom somewhere--hoping we are getting close.
