Syl is a miscreant and he is one of those dudes i referred to re: SS--he is pounding the table on investment threads about a 900 nasdaq and has lost tons in the market since the bush recovery occurred. He wants govt SS to protect him from himself. And so do i with my suggestion of creating the best pension system to replace SS as opposed to letting guys like Syl starve in the street. Even syl has a mom and since he moved back home, she might be very upset to see your waiver plan put into action.
