The US has strongly condemned the transfer of missile technology if it was felt that there was even a remote possibility of it being used for nuclear delivery.

But it's a case of plausible deniability, Neolib. If the Israelis don't tell us they are going to tip them with nuclear missiles, we don't know what they are going to do. Hell, they may just tip them with conventional "bunker busters".

We've been selling aircraft to the Israelis for years now, and all of them are capable of delivering nuclear weapons.

I admit that it's a dangerous technical line that's being drawn. But it's a far cry from what Sly reported as "official", but unsourced, admission that the US was supplying Israel with missiles for the purpose of tipping them with Nukes.

Selling missiles is not impeachable. Doing so with full intent that Israel, a non-signator to the NPT, would be, IMO.
