I'm sure that is because he assumes the marketplace will assign fair value to the shares. Sometimes normal market forces don't assign fair value to BB stocks for a lot of different reasons. I am hoping that we will see a nice breakout in LTFD soon but if we don't I would expect Jeff's intentions to change. I own a lot of LTFD but if it stays significantly undervalued I certainly wouldn't blame Jeff for taking it private.

We should be back over a buck soon and back on the NAZ regaining share price. If that happens, then I would expect it to remain a public company.
