That's too complicated for your simplistic thought process. It is complicated for Bush and all his men to comprehend either. But look at the result of Clinton's actions and Bush's. Clinton did not create a problem when he went after Milosevic, Bush has still not resolved the Iraq conflict and it continues to get worse by the day. Clinto is saying (Look W. I told you so". And Kerry voters are saying "Well we knew it too. Don't blame me." That did not happen when Milosevic was taken out.
