Hi Harry:

Can you tell I was trying for the 22,222,222 post, missed by 4 posts.

The problem with a reinsurer like PXT is they can't write business (sell insurance) if thier AM Best rating is below A- (Excellent).

I'm sure many of thier liabilities won't come due for years so they can earn investment income and maybe cover expenses BUT this company has been around for a while and their pre 2002 business liabilities are probably understated.
