True. Baby boomer generation still is a easy one. Trillions of real estate wealth has been created in the last few years from the thin air, mostly for the boomer generation. Everyone who owns property in the bubble markets, such as NYC, CA, DC and FL coasts , is a millionaire..., many with many millions just by owning a few properties.
