Your statements show an utterly lack of willingness to seek balanced solutions, hence you will never get a solution, but merely perpetuate the problem.

Neo.. do any of us really know FOR A FACT that Israel has Nuclear weapons?? So far as I recall, they've NEVER admitted to possessing them (although it's widely believed they do).

So what's the legal basis for withholding missile sales, especially since other missiles are available, or could be independently developed?

After all, the Israelis have already launched their own Spy Satellites on their Shavit missile. So they have the technology, if they should so choose to spend the money to independently develop an anti-ship missile like the Harpoon.

So what tools would we use? Do we just accuse Israel of possessing Nukes when it has threatened NO ONE with a nuclear attack, nor even acknowleges possessing them?

That, my friend, is where the problem is. We can admonish and warn the buyers of our weapons all we want. But with no evidence that they've done anything wrong, we're just p*ssing into the wind.
