IMHO i concluded that I lean to my original post. We are dealing with a REG-S stock typical of shoddy and shady companies.
If you buy into this stock you ARE STUCK. TRY SELLING 10,000 shares. NO ONE WILL BUY THEM, and will cause a sudden price drop of1/8, The next 10,000 will cause another 1/8. YOU CANNOT SELL YOUR SHARES ONCE YOU OWN THEM.
When you sell 10,000 shares it gets posted as 30,000 or more shares, a typical nasdaq practice that only amateurs would disagree that they exist.
Since my post 2 weeks ago about a nasd investigation the volume trickled down to small quantity each day just as expected.
The fear of the unleashing of the prefferd is real as stated in my original post. My second post trying to alleviate those concerns is wishful thinking.
The company keeps postponing the supposedly TEXAS startup always pushing it off. It it typical of either a scheme or a company in terrible shape.
Why was the $25 million placement cancelled in the last 2 weeks. Is it due to my posting?
I don't understand your posts buzz telling us everyday how many shares traded and at what price, Don't you understand it is all a joke. The marketmakers adust the price in the morning with rolling some stock back and forth and keeps on doing it when ever they seem fit. It is a irrelevent figure. The trade price is also irrelevent, since you cannot sell more than 5-6,000 shares without causing the decline in the stock price.
I WOULD AVOID THIS STOCK AT ANY COST, AND ADVISED ONE INVESTOR TODAY TO SELL his 10,000 SHARES at somewhat below cost (better1 3/8 now than something less later. you have less aggrevation of fearing that you might get 1/2 dollar some later date) . Initially the stock had about 3,500 volume after several trades and a decline in price the volume was 36,000 (incidently the stock only traded at about when those sales were placed what a coincidence there was some other people buying always at that same time).
I know a lot of posts will follow this one just as was the case after my previous post )only to become much quieter after my 2nd post.
My direction is basically to new investors who might be lured ito sinking money here especially in the beginning of OCT when the company is expected to do some hyping (that is all it is and that is why this supposed news is a military secret until Oct).
