The IAEA seems to think it okay to discuss Israel's nukes in conferences - are they "lawbreakers"?

Let them.. And the Israelis will just tell them that they neither confirm, nor deny, the existence of nuclear weapons.

And since Israel is NOT a signator of the NPT, the IAEA won't have much basis, OR AUTHORITY upon which to press their investigation upon a non-participant in the NPT.

However, Iran IS a signator, which is why the IAEA has the authority to discuss THEIR nuclear program.

But what do you suggest? Declare war on Israel, or have the UNSC pass binding sanctions that will have to be militarily enforced in order to obtain cooperation?

Maybe the Israelis will just hide their weapons and shred all of their documentation??

Rant and rave all that you want, I'm just explaining the legal realities to you..

But I can't make you accept them..
