Hi J---I believe The new CEO's 1st name is JEFF---The news was a misprint. In any event, the rumor mill is working overtime since the sites have temp. been down. There has been incredible workings going on behind closed doors I'm told, and EZTO will be exploding out of it's self imposed silence with a list of changes that are going to rocket this stock north. Rumor's are that the new CEO is a stickler for filing EVERYTHING on-time. I've been hearing mumblings of a wave of press releases this month. BTW---EZTO is trading up with NO news right now and I've watched the MM's lining up bigger numbers on the ask side. Something big is about to happen!!!IMHO---Do your DD.
