Diane, i'm not sure what your asking. if you hold pepsi in a brokerage account then oct 7 the transfer agent will sent the YUM shares to your account and if you keep your stock under your bed, then they will mail them to you. ( but you will have to put the new YUM stock under your bed.) :-) i'm guessing that if you want to sell your stock now. it would be like shorting the stock and giving them the stock on the split date. anyone else ? paulie
