I'm curious as to why you and Tim did not buy. Was the risk/reward ratio too high, with litigation too unpredictable? Was it the growing competition from PALM? Was it the opportunity cost of all those sexy Alberta energy companies? What kept you out?

One major reason was simply that I wanted more Canadian non-energy and non-resource exposure and RIMM fit the bill rather nicely.
