Eric: No, I'm utilizing the 384 "Smart Station". The system you refernce is a high end roll around - pretty neat but for a different application. As for your other questions I chose V-Tel because their solution is PC based. The PicTel solution is all proprietary (processor wise that is). As for desktop 384 I think thats all she wrote... KG
