Thanks for the explanation. For example, Is that right If I am a pre-IPO BBC holder, I may unload my share at discount at 1.5 market before the restriction time expired? And, I still have hard time to find the buyer. Those who conduct the seminar to beg the money often use BBC(formerly BBOI.ob) as an example of successful story. But I don't know how successful for the small guy execept for the founder and those consulting cos? Another thing I don't like for those pre-IPO investing is it is not clear of the conversion ratio since they shell OTC.bb stocks often involve in reverse split. The shell holders want some money too. You don't know the final pro-rata ratio for all the domestic Chinese investor is before everything is settle.
