Julius, 1.5 Market in China is a quite dif. thing from Blank check IPOs here. Here in the US, one will have to register a formal company, and in case the IPO fails, the investors can get back the principle they put in.

1.5 Market in China is illegal, no regulation to cover it (until now at least), and in most cases only some individuals act as middle persons. Some of them are just crooks and took the money and run. Many small investors lose a lot of money. And those who have not lost, like BBC investors, can hardly sell their shares now 2 years after IPO!
