I have encountered many small, closed minds that don't believe that an American can feel a connection to another country, like England, or Australia, or Israel, etc., and still be a loyal American first.
I love America. It is the greatest country in the world. I owe much to America, and I contribute, both time and money, often to American causes, especially related to the military.
American men and women in uniform have given their lives and limbs to keep this world free for democracy and to keep America free. Even today, American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan and other places around this world, are making this a better world and fighting against the most savage, inhuman Muslim terrorists. Do you feel that you have earned the right to benefit from these sacrifices? It doesn't sound like it. |
