Cheney is #1 to blame for Iraq, and the #1 profiteer. Notice too that where Dickster parties, Mrs. Armstrong represents the #2 profiteer in Iraq. So apparently, this inner circle had its sights on using US troops and taxpayer money to make themselves a fortune invading a country that had nothing to do with 9-11. GW will have to get his loot from Dubai.
