Much of the revenue is also from people who still live in Mexico, but come to Texas to shop. Nevertheless, the illegals pump millions, if not billions, to relatives back home, so a distinction probably can't be measured.

Along with the reform of incredibly bad immigration laws that were passed by Congresses in a racist fever in the past, another part of the solution impacting immigration would be for Mexico to officially adopt the US dollar. Among other advantages, it would highlight the inefficiency and stupidity of all Mexican governments in the future, and lead more quickly to the day when the controversy will be too many AMERICANOS moving SOUTH of the border (as the current California tax refugees are filling up the western states.)...
