According to Dow Jones News Service:

"Investors Thursday took a breather with shares
of Texas Instruments Inc. after a Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. analyst
cited concerns about a sharp drop in prices of memory chips, a market TI
has worked to move away from in favor of more-advanced chips.
Brown Brothers Harriman analyst William Milton lowered his short-term
investment rating on TI (TXN) to "avoid" from "hold" and his long-term
rating to "market underperform" from "market perform."
Milton said an excess supply of 16-megabit DRAM, or dynamic random
access memory, chips drove prices to about $4.75 from about $6 a month
ago. Milton also cited TI's lofty share price, which hit a 52-week high
of $139.25 Wednesday. Shares of TI advanced more than 15% between the
start of this month and Wednesday's close. The shares were off 1.5%
Thursday."

This makes NO Sense to me at all. Any comments??
