Might be just a little late to do inspections of Israeli Nuclear fascilities.... But they have never threatened anyone with "total Annihilation" , nor do they interpret their religious scriptures as an act to do so . India has nukes , but maintains a 2nd strike strategic position regarding their nukes , that is they would not be the first to use them in an exchange , and would absorb a 1rst strike before retaliation.
