Actually, I'm the janitor. I guess you missed that e-mail. ;-)

To be a bit more serious, I see this as a communal effort with DB as the first among equals. We all and and should pitch in to keep it cleaned up.

What I would hope you don't see it as, is a sandpile full of rowdy three year olds that require the heavy hand of authority to keep us under control.
